1. General: All orders are contingent upon the availability of stock. Although we strive to maintain precise inventory counts on our website, discrepancies may arise from time to time. In such instances, we shall fulfil the available items in your order and will reach out to you to determine whether you wish to await the restocking of any backordered items or prefer that we process a refund.
2. Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated at the point of checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order. Payment for shipping will be collected at the time of purchase, and this sum shall constitute the definitive shipping cost for the customer

Return Due to Change of Mind: Ahuja Sons is pleased to accept returns for reasons of change of mind, provided that a return request is submitted to us within 2 days of receipt of the item. The items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in a condition suitable for resale. The responsibility for return shipping costs shall rest with the customer, who must arrange their own shipping.

Upon receipt and acceptance of the returned items, refunds will be processed as store credit for future purchases. You will be notified via email once this process has been completed. Ahuja Sons will refund the value of the goods returned; however, any shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase will not be refundable.
